Delivery Confirmations:
This company is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information is showing the item has been delivered.


Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping carrier, but our standard shipping time is 2-4-days, meaning you will receive your package within 3-5 business days. 

Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in multiple packages. These are called partial shipments. In this instance, items will ship from more than one shipping facility. You will receive notification when this occurs. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will have only one shipping charge.




To return an item you don't even need to contact us first!  Simply return the item via a trackable method to:

Be sure to either include a copy of your packing slip, a print out of your order conformation email, or write your order number on the outside of the package to ensure a prompt refund!

We offer a 30 day return policy. a prompt refund, please note that all returns must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment. Please note the original shipping charge is non refundable, and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges:  Please return the item(s) you do not wish to keep back to us for a refund, and place a new order for the item(s) you would like.
